Our menu is changing on a constant basis depending what is fresh and available. Its influenced from Asia with dishes like Fried Chicken Wings in Banana Ketchup from the Philippines, Roasted Lamb Breast stuffed with Nori, Pine Nuts & Wild Garlic and Charred Spring Green Cabbage with a Coriander & Peanut relish.

 

Cocktails are a range of seasonal delights made with the highest quality spirits and sparkle, infused with fresh fruits and home made syrups designed by Jim McMahon.
